Infinite
Souls (NDE
- Its Many Profound Messages)

Today, with the advances in modern science, individuals are resuscitated
back from the dead at an astonishing rate. People come back to say there
are simply no words to adequately convey the experience. We are on the
brink of uncovering the most amazing discovery in our lifetimes and maybe
ever. Since the beginning of time man has believed in the afterlife. Throughout
the ages, people have claimed to have spiritual experience that closely
resemble to what would now be considered a Near Death Experience (NDE).
In almost every ancient culture, the belief that life after death is real
and that we are part of eternity is a current practice in most religions.
Man has also debated the concept of dualism that questions the idea that
the "soul" or spiritual aspect of a person is independent of the body,
surviving after our physical death. Hindu and Buddhist doctrines of reincarnation
for instance, believe that consciousness transmigrates from one body to
another. Many ancient concepts have the belief that death is merely a
transitional or transfiguration, not final annihilation of the individual.
Through Sigmund Freud's view, we learn that whenever we try to imagine
our own personal death we do it from the vantage point of a survivor spectator.
He believed that everyone is unconsciously convinced of his or her own
immortality. Studies confirm after death contact from recently deceased
love ones occurs to forty percent of the general public. Einstein makes
it clear that matter and energy are aspects of each other. It has been
discovered that the body loses 21 grams of weight after death.
Every day, we as humans go into another state or consciousness known as
sleep. If we are lucky enough to remember our dream, we can get glimpses
of another reality. The practicing of meditation, hypnoses, sensory depravation,
drugs and of course sleep brings on an altered-state of consciousness.
But are these altered states connected to other dimensions? The Scientific
American article from August 2000, The Universes Unseen Dimensions states
that scientists now believe that higher and extra dimensional planes exist.
These planes that are outside of our three dimensional construct help
to unify nature within parallel universes. Because of our achievements
in modern medicine it has resulted in the resuscitation of millions, thus
bringing the near death experience into the public view. Much of modern
science believes that death represents the absolute and final annihilation.
However, many people have had profound spiritual and paranormal experiences
reporting how their consciousness lifts above their body and float above
the scene, during which the blind can see while technically dead. Consequently,
they are able to perceive all conversations, thoughts and feelings of
the people that surround them, during these incidents. Some people speak
of meeting with deceased relatives. Others say they travel to places of
light and love. This occurs while their brain waves are flat and their
hearts have stopped beating. People say that after their death experience
they feel that if dying is anything like what they have experienced, it's
the most wonderful thing to look forward to. It is said to be a feeling
of being home. People describe being immersed in light, warmth, peace
and security. "Everything is part of you, it was eternity, I was there
and I will always be there and my existence on the earth was just a brief
instant".
When people's heart stopped and their brain waves are flat, they are clinically
dead. Something that typically occurs during these incidences is known
as "Life flashing before you". Some people claim to remember all the way
back to conception, giving them an in depth or complete perspective of
what occurred during their life span. Memories start from the womb and
come forward from that point, people express that they remember every
thought, feeling and emotion they ever had. As these life experiences
come before us it is then we understand how their actions affected others.
During the experience one sees in retrospect of how much ones love, or
lack of it had affected other's lives. Sometimes people come back feeling
remorse for the little love they had given in their life, especially when
they understand the opportunity to give it had always been there. It is
amazing that not only they re-experience their own feelings, but also
felt the thoughts, feelings and emotions of every one they ever connected
with. Another interesting point of the NDE is that people are often assisted
by an illuminated presence or being of light during their life reviews.
These powerful illuminated entities have been referred as souls, saints,
angels and even God. These illuminations have a powerful and loving conscious
that perceives the individuals life experiences and thus helps guide them
through the life review process. The beings will clarify specific events
pointing out how decisions or actions affected others involved. As a result
it benefits and accelerates the individual's spiritual growth. For some
reason, people mainly remember being guided through the events that had
the most negative effects on others and themselves, the beings helping
them to see how the painful incident could have been avoided. The life
review process seems to be very close to what many religions call judgment.
While seeing their life pass before them, people report that they are
judging themselves, not being judged by God as some religions beleive.
You have been forgiven for all your sins, but can you forgive yourself?
This is the real judgment. According to the people that have been there,
we are the biggest judges of our own actions.
