My facility operation includes staff administration, marketing, business development, negotiating leases, tenant improvement, vendor relations, bookkeeping, evictions, construction, grounds and maintenance. I truly enjoy accomplishing objectives, this resume and my references reflect that.

  • 2011            Hotel Monte Campana  •  Heredia, Costa Rica

Marketing Director for 50 unit Hotel with restaurant, bar, pool, executive suites, quad tours, zip lining, tennis court and events center. I was leading internet and social marketing campaigns, produced and posted over 100 short video clips. Conceived and implemented interior/exterior facility design changes.

  • 2008-10        Studio Estates/VisionScape Studios  •  Kyle, Texas

Managed 800 acres of land, within that was a 250 acre subdivision and film studio. I negotiated with builders/subs, choosing plans, consulting on design changes with architects and helping write the CCRs. I also oversaw off-site improvements, including roads, lakes and utilities. I also leased buildings/land to motion picture executives, television crews, media producers and event coordinators. I created promotional media, wrote press releases for both the subdivision and the studio.

  • 2006            G.W. Williams Co. •  San Mateo, California

Co-Managed 450,000 sq. ft. facility. The portfolio included commercial, industrial, retail & office units. My operational duties were leasing, advertising and directing the engineering department. I also updated the marketing material for the facility.

  • 2004-06        Broadlake Plaza • Oakland, California        

Managed a 120,000 sq. ft. office/retail building in the financial district of Oakland. My responsibilities included general operations, leasing, marketing, overseeing tenant improvements and supervising maintenance personnel. During my tenure I remodeled the lobby, front entrance and elevators. I also developed new marketing materials including logo.

  • 2000-03         Multi-Media Studio • Berkeley, California        

Operated 4000 sq. ft. building that is used as a video production studio and media production facility.

  • 1998-00         Red Flower Apartments • Concord, California        

Managed a 33 unit apartment building; wherein I refurbished many units including a 2700 sq. ft. home that was on the site. I also re-landscaped the grounds, painted the building among many other improvements. During my tenure the building appreciated significantly.

  • 1993-96         Multi-Media Center • Oakland, California

Developed and managed a 10,000 sq. ft. facility.  I built incubator units for graphic designers, commercial artists, illustrators, photographers, screen printers, and other media art specialists.

  • 1990-92        Radcliff Arms Apartments • Oakland, California

    Managed 50 unit apartment building; responsible for rentals, accounting, and maintenance.
